Soul Trap Narcissist was created from a simple realization: recognizing the pattern is not enough when you still have to live inside it.

I created this brand because I saw a gap in the conversation surrounding narcissistic and high-control dynamics. So much of the advice begins and ends with “Leave,” “Go no contact,” or “Walk away.” But real life is not always that simple.

Sometimes the person is your co-parent. Sometimes it’s a family member, spouse, employer, coworker, or someone connected to responsibilities you cannot immediately escape. Sometimes you know exactly what is happening and still find yourself emotionally attached. And sometimes leaving is the goal, but you need practical tools to protect yourself while you prepare for that day.

That reality became the foundation for Soul Trap Narcissist.

My mission is to help people move beyond simply recognizing narcissistic behavior and begin understanding how to respond to it, protect themselves within it, and break the patterns that keep them trapped by it.

Through my books, educational resources, and signature frameworks—including the S.T.A.Y. System™, D.E.F.U.S.E. Protocol™, and L.E.A.V.E. Framework™—I want to turn awareness into practical action.

That mission is reflected throughout The Soul Trap Series. Still In The Narcissist’s Room addresses what to do when walking away isn’t yet an option. Control Phrases examines the language used to manipulate and maintain control and provides strategies for responding differently. Attachment Traps goes deeper into the internal patterns that can keep someone emotionally connected even after they recognize what is happening.

What matters most to me is helping people regain something manipulation can slowly take away: trust in themselves.

Soul Trap Narcissist is not about telling people what they should have done or judging them for staying, leaving, returning, or needing time to figure things out. It is about meeting people where they are and giving them practical tools to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

And this mission is not limited by gender. Narcissistic and high-control dynamics can affect anyone. Soul Trap Narcissist is a space for anyone ready to see the pattern, understand the language, break the trap, and reclaim their power.

Through TV Jones Publishing, my goal is to continue creating books and resources that turn difficult experiences and complicated human dynamics into knowledge people can actually use.
